First and foremost, understand the charge you are facing and the potential penalties and consequences. Some charges may carry mandatory licence suspensions or may affect your insurance status and/or premiums. It is important to review all options before deciding what to do.

Can You Guarantee My Win?

No Company can Guarantee a WIN. Although we cannot guarantee the results of any matter, what we can do is give you clear and honest answers based on over 34 years of experience. No legal firm or licensee can guarantee the end result for any legal matter. By doing so, they would seriously jeopardize their good standing with LSO.

Demerit Points Affect My drivers Licence?

As a Class G1, G2, M1 or M2 driver in Ontario, if you get two or more demerit points as a result of receiving a traffic ticket in Ontario, you will be sent a warning letter. At six demerit points, you may have to go to an interview to discuss your driving record. If you don’t attend, your license may be suspended.
