In order to lawfully operate a motor vehicle in the Province of Ontario, you must possess a valid licence, for the type of vehicle you are operating. It is the driver/operator responsibility to ensure his/her driver’s licence is up-to-date (similar to your licence plate sticker and your insurance). If your licence is expired and you are involved in a motor vehicle collision, your insurance company may not cover you for injuries or damages.
Always ensure your paperwork is not expired!!!
